Dan Radley brings over 25 years of experience to the financial services industry. With a broad background in business development, client relations, business start-ups, strategic planning, and risk management, Dan began his career with ITT Commercial Finance, and later went on to work with Deutsche Bank and Green Tree. There, he held management positions in Credit, Operations, and Sales.
Before becoming CEO of Northpoint Dan served as EVP of Distribution Finance at Textron Financial Corp where he was responsible for more than $2.4 Billion in managed assets– encompassing the Housing, Private Brands, Canada, and the United Kingdom Divisions. In addition to his achievements as EVP of Distribution Finance, Dan served as the president of the company’s EU operation.
Dan earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Buffalo, and later earned his MBA from Providence College. He is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and Champion trained. Dan also attended executive-related courses at Wharton’s Executive School of Business and Thunderbird University.
